Terms and Conditions

1. All entrants must be over the age of 18.
2. The prize includes accommodation only.
3. The prize is a 7 night stay in a 5 bedroom Luxury villa in Davenport, Florida.
4. The stay is valid between 14^th August 2010 – 21^st August 2010. However dates may be rearranged subject to availability.
5. To enter the user must add #freevilla to their twitter comments.
6. The winner of the competition must pay a £300/$500 returnable security deposit upon confirmation of reservation.
7. The competition will close at 2000BST on ­­­­­12/05/2010
8. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person allowed and each unique Twitter account qualifies as a single entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
9. Prize winner will be notified within 5 days of the closing date. Winners will be announced on the Global Premier Villas twitter feed.
10. The draw will be made by an independent person.
11. The winning entries will be the first correct entries drawn at random after the closing time. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the draw, Global Premier Villas reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next valid entry drawn at random.
12. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and country to be used for publicity purposes by Global Premier Villas in printed and/or online formats.
13. The prize must be accepted as offered, is not transferable, refundable and there is no cash alternative.
